Who we are
Founded in 1988, Hunza Ghee Industries (Pvt) Ltd is the pioneer company of Hunza Group of Industries — a group that has grown into a leading sugar, edible oil, banaspati ghee, CO2 and ethanol producer in Pakistan. Our ghee mill sits in Eimanabad, District Gujranwala, strategically placed to serve upper and central Punjab.
Our production site on G.T. Road, near Eminabad, Gujranwala, keeps us close to the region we supply — and close to the wheat, sugarcane and mustard belt that built our brand.
The unit runs at a production capacity of 54,000 metric tons a year — roughly 150 metric tons a day — of Swera Banaspati Ghee and Swera Cooking Oil.
Our processes are assessed against Halal, Food Safety and Quality Management standards, so the same jar you buy today meets the standard it met last year.
